The Hampton Inn met my expectations for this chain as a quality hotel. I had no surprises and the accommodations were excellent for the price. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected.

The location was good for being near Fort Bragg where we needed to be. Hotel itself was nicely furnished and very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's basically what you expect staying at any Hampton Inn.
Our room had a faintly weird smell but it wasn't enough to make us change rooms. The breakfast was a bit lacking based on what I've experienced at other Hampton Inns.

Room had a nice seating area, a handy writing table, and even an iron with an ironing board for wrinkly clothes! 🧳

The room was clean and comfortable.
Eggs were rubbery, meat was some kind of sliced spam product. I wasn't given a regular coffee packet for my second day, after using the first one. The TV remote hardly worked; I had to crush the button to change channels. The parking lot is way too tight. I was told at the front desk, when I checked in, that the back door was more conveniently located with respect to my room. Great. So I parked in back and only then found that the back door is up a flight of concrete steps, and I had to drag all my bags up the steps to get to the door. When I was emailed my estimated receipt it was blank. No cost information. This is the worst experience I've had at a Hampton Inn. I would not recommend this hotel.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable I had a great night sleep and that's unusual. The receptionist was very nice and friendly.
I didn't have any problems and my husband says I always find something wrong.

The staff, especially Tony and the front desk lady, were amazing and friendly. The cleaning staff in the halls were also polite. The breakfast was good and Pam was friendly and professional. Craig was accommodating and expedited room changes. Beds were comfy and the room was clean and smelled nice.

Seemed clean, nice, pleasant.
There were post its on the headboards of the beds saying what was clean "pillow cases, sheets, etc". That was a little disturbing considering the pillow cases where not "cleaned" on one of the beds. I didn't use them, since there were so many pillows.
